President
Dan is an award-winning political strategist with extensive experience as a manager, communicator, and organizer. He has worked with dozens of races and advocacy campaigns across the country ranging from small town mayoral to presidential races. Dan has deep experience in political and advocacy campaigns, having created winning strategies for races around the country. His development of data-driven, people-focused campaigning has helped to both flip hard-to-win seats and protect members in difficult districts.
After many years as a mail and digital consultant, Dan founded Highpoint to bring a more holistic approach to campaign communications. His vision of a more integrated approach has reaped rewards for campaigns across the country.
Hannah Jeffrey

Hannah is an accomplished manager and communications director with experience electing Democrats up and down the ballot. Most recently Hannah worked to flip Pennsylvania’s 1st Congressional district from Red to Blue, the last seat held by a Republican in the Philadelphia Suburbs. She also served as Lt. Gov. John Fetterman’s communications director, spearheaded Equality Pennsylvania’s statewide program to pass LGBTQ nondiscrimination legislation and managed hard fought federal and local campaigns across New York.
For each of her campaigns, Hannah has secured pivotal endorsements, raised millions of dollars, and earned national media attention.
